SB grinders are using a BOT?

I heard a rumor that somebody developed SB grinding BOT and distributed it to others and some SB grinders started to use it. I didnt believe it works as nProtect GameGurad doesnt allow such a program to work.

I recorded 2hours screen movie, shipyard and floating ships in front of Calicut. I watched it carefully and found that four SBers were moving very accurately. The range of 1cycle of was very narrow, 7min24sec to 28sec (n=15x4). Can it all be a coincidence? I dont think so. We human tend to overlook 6min passed and take long about selling/ordering a ship. The range of cycle should be wider.

I cannot but conclude that a BOT is prevelent among SB grinders in Maris server. I also heard from comp mate that it was also in NM/OGP era. If true, it is another corruption along with 5 toons multibox. Why you guys so eager for multies hunting but not even interested in BOT problem at all?

Now that 2x prof event comes again, people are grinding intensively but some may look for easy way out. I plead with Papaya to warn SB grinders and suspend/ban cheaters.

I agree botters should be banned I'm grinding sbing now but there is no way I would bot it is so wrong thtas why I left seafight as to many botters

while i don't like the idea of boting it is posible... it took me a whole minute to think of a way to bypass game guard (which i do bot use and will not explain here).

i regretfully can't picture a way to check that since even predicting virtualization is speculative at best.

there is however one point to be careful about and its that if you where accurate enough to track em why couldn't they be accurate enough to do it?

i was accused of boting while procuring berries AFK yesterday and as you know that requires, not a single button press.

As a R20 club member, I dont want to welcome cheating members.

Now Efficient SB skill is available, grinding is not as hard as it used to be. You dont need to resort to illegal methods.

Papaya, watch carefully SB grinders and ban cheaters.

One thing I have always trying to prevent, is for uwo in the hands of Papaya becomes the uwo like in Taiwan.

There is a clean environment when OGP handling the game. And I am starting to see how this environment vanish and fall into disgust and dirty environment.

This isn't out of expectation. This is within expectation. I already know and expect this will happen.

Taiwan publisher focus very heavily on profit. And thus the game environment they hosted, is such this. When Papaya share the similiar view as them, the result would be the same and repeated.

I think your account needs to be banned based on your reply. There should be no reason that you would even consider bypassing game guard unless you intended on doing something which is illegal or against the game rules. You do not need to explain how or why you did it because others do not need that information.

Also, you replied that YOU DO USE A BOT which is against the rules of the game and papaya. I think all your accounts need to be terminated permanently.

But you yourself have admitted to bypassing game guard and you have also admitted to running a bot. So I guess you are claiming that you do not cheat when in fact, you have admitted that you do cheat. Good job.

Edge is a condescending and vexatious dbag that's for sure but I do think think he's a cheater.

But to your point botters should be banned if you're circumventing security of the game for selfish gain then you are putting us all at risk. GTAB

Perhaps KrisPBacon is just a bot also, and is not actually reading comments, but just responding according to some predetermined formula. I think we should probably ban that account also just to be safe.

Err... Idk how did bots work for sb grinding ,but who want to do this ? since you need couple sbers (one for main sber while other one is backup sber for making hulls and other FS parts).

First gold sellers and now botters...I am not even surprised.

The so called new players were mostly people from other servers. The china server had recently cracked a botting program, and most of the botters who were banned there have come here.

Somehow I doubt that. Anyone who's making real money from using cheats will just change IP address and start again.

But I take your point about the gold sellers on Maris. After you mentioned it in another post I had a look for myself. I guess there are/were a lot of people running multis and being paid a wage (a pittance) to accumulate ducats for sale. Are people selling ships for real money?

I think these are just ppl earning a bit bonus on top of their wage from their normal work. They treat UWO like another part time job.

People do trade ships for real money, that’s not news. There iwas a dedicated forum on Baidu for Chinese people trading characters, ducats and ships in Gama server. But that hardly hurt UWO.

Gold sellers are different. They compete against normal players for ducats, and resell ships to reap profit. They disturb the market so much that normal players find it impossible to compete. I say this because i had quite a big wealth in the past but still felt the pinch of some extreme reselling activities. If you want to know who are supporting gold sellers, find the most popular names in metchant chat, and you have a clue.

I use merchant chat all the time to sell things I have crafted or things i need to get rid of. According to your reply, I am one of those players who are supporting gold sellers. I want to inform you that, what you are saying is defamation of character and slander. If I get banned from the game because I use merchant chat constantly, you can be 1,000% sure that you and/or your parents (if you are not an adult) will be held accountable.

Papaya Play will have to follow the court's decisions should this happen, and you can be assured that I will involve the courts and the authorities. So, I suggest you consider these things before you make an accusation against anyone who uses merchant chat.

A perfectly valid point was made. Do cheats make use of world chat? I don't know what truth there is in it. If you disagree with it than say so- let's hear your reasons.

There will always be people whose trying to do things to gain them the benefit, or in this case, max out a skill which is unique and important to the game.

I've in the past (in GAMA), manually grinded 2x SB20, one before the perm skill boost, during the grind you meet real grinder, and spotted bot grinders. The feel of "I'm doing this the hard way and the proper way, while someone else is sleeping and gaining the prof", it hurts and it's putting people off the game.

I'm not trying to complain, but instead, I'm here to cheer up real players who put their effort in, you deserve a salute and be proud of yourself. I haven't yet re-join the SB grinder club, and I won't rush it due to the lack of game time for me now, but I'm sure I'll see a few of you out there one day :)

i declared to know at least one way to do it, which is a different thing altogether and not that rare since i work with IT, but i personally think that removing the obstacles of games also kills the fun, which is the reason i don't use trainers for single player games either.

i don't even do SB myself (i have rank 7 from the launch bonus) since i got friends and my company has a great SB already.

on the berries comment: the game itself has many activities that require spending time doing nothing collection, procurement and fishing are among those and i used all 3 of those to refine my Storage skill this last weekend when DrxxxCxxxxxx sitting right next to me made that "he must be boting" comment.

heck i hardly even nanban, for those with the usual "nanban with your alt is cheating" argument, my record is as clean as it can be, the host however is free to monitor my activity all they like, since i got nothing to hide, and ban me if they deem so necessary for the well being of the game.

pretty sure there's not a single judge which would not laugh at this line, which by the way sound a lot like a threat and as such may lead your ban by itself...

I am really amazed at your over reaction and ego. You must think you are the most frequent seller in merchant chat. Do you play 24/7? Do you bot in merchant chat? Gold sellers do. And here i refer to those high stake item ship resellers, not a shrimp seller like you...

hm, doing SB grinds is pretty much about repeating the same actions several thousand times. and if you are not accurate in how u move and how quick you are to start a new build, it will take even longer. I doubt you observed anything other than a former R20 working to become R20 again

You know what this post is. Another one saying lets now ban a SB for doing the same actions over and over. Like people are too busy getting people banned cause they are in a fleet and they are following the admiral and people saying oh look a flight of 5 multi lets take a screen shot and get them banned cause I am a whiner and a cry baby and want to kick people out to make me feel better. Damn people give it a rest and play your game and worry about your play style only
