Parca WINGS issues. Nil upgrades. PLS READ ADMIN

Good day as the start of the event I tried to obtain new PARCA wings...which requires to upgrade parca token I II III each and feather 0% 

I managed to make it 60% with 2x fails( why put a success rate when obtaining tokens II are hard enough) PS Ive spent 2k SOD just to make it  parca feather 60%

So I tried to obtain wings PARCA WINGS 60% to be precise but im not happy with it and wanted to obtain the 100% wings...but wait theres no option to do that so now even if I have enough tokens to do that there is no option to make it even back to PARCA FEATHER 60% so that I could upgrade it. Useless really

You have failed us so many times and yet you admins cant make this enjoyable and fun for us legit players I mean really is that the best you can do? And yet you call it Christmas Event.
