Unusual game activity detected

Hi team , i am a returning player and i  have played for about 1 week now since 2012 , when i login i get the error saying unusual game activity, im sure this is due to hacking or buying from third party maybe? I have done noneof those things and need to know whats going on

    i wasnt away from my keyboard while hunting i was just trying to hunt seed of dream and all of a sudden didnt Realize it was NEW YEAR so i just ran out side my house to greey my FAMILY and WENT BACK tp playing  right away, for a few minutes please consider my request of getting my acount unbanned and kil consider  this as a big lesson
