I can't Change My Password. My account has been hacked

I received 3 an email from 
Papaya Play Team noreply@papayaplay.com,that tittle 1."[Papaya Play] Primary email changed"
                                                    2."[Papaya Play] Password Reset"
                                                    3."[Papaya Play] Changed user information"

But my problem is   I went to the website to change the password and recover my email but it says "Invalid request. Please try later." the bottom of the board is written "ResultCode: 30005".

I can't Change my Password.

Please Help me.My email anon.bs01@gmail.com, My ID Account Sy3d01.
