remove RAMD Para or Speed Medkit

Hai GM,

I would like to make suggestion regarding RAMD Para and Speed Medkit. 
-Firstly, I would strongly to you guys to modify RAMD Para statistic. If RAMD Para use Speed Medkit, he can penetrate the wall even though he just walk

-Remove the Speed Medkit. It's too annoying to play at Hunting TFM Match, they always use RAMD Para + Speedkit, so the player who doesn't have the RAMD Para will have no chance on this map.

I hope you guys can accept my suggestion, as it will make the game a better environment and fun to play. Thank you!

    Do note that the effect of going through walls and unable to shoot, or should I say able to shoot without conflicting any damage is with ALL SKINS or even skinless, it is not the skin im worried but the speed kit, It is only a more difficult against users with RAMD Para,
