Was playing Zakhar. In game message says; GM: 30min to maintenance and bam! Server crashed. Lost all exp for the whole day plus one of the days of the event (Day 5), which i have played daily to get the 10 up so can win the best prize (DoubleUp3) at last day.

Let`s hear it, did you crash too and lost everything? It`s quite terrible you play many hours without prem so the lvl up is slow and now losing everything like this. I`m so angry now losing the daily event 1day. Got to love this game! Papaya needs to fix this, i want my day back for the event!

When the server goes down for a maintenance you should not lose your EXP or daily mission event progress.

the server is not crash for maintenance, just before and crashed by itself ... then you could log in again, like 15 minutes before ordinary maintenance

Maybe i wrote it hard to understand, but around 30minutes BERORE the maintenance the server crashed, cause i see the message (radio?) high up; servers will be down to maintenance in 30min and then it crashed soon. I try to came back, but it took around 5min to get back in game as it wouldn`t allow me in. When i got in i noticed my lvl % has gone down = EXP lost for the day (which i monitor closely), also daily chat word worked which i had used earlier and then the saddest part i noticed i have lost day 5 at the event, which i have completed.

The EXP lost isn`t much in %, but still as i said i don`t have prem and it will come up very slow so this is again VERY disappointing. It`s like not playing at all the whole day. I was online 7hours, should have exit sooner i guess. For safety protocol i guess we need to exit game after each matches.

My fellow clan mate was in too and he said the same, lost EXP. NOHCHO is another victim who played that late and lose EXP. I have made ticket for this and hoping to get my 1 missing day for the event (so i can win the DoubleUp3)!

Today server crashed two times again. Clan mate lost 8% today (gainz pack). And now papaya won`t compensate the exp lost or that we cannot complete the daily event (10days). What a joke this game has become. You should be shamed!!

That's why i was told to log out and rejoin the server at least once every hour. Crashes always have been a part of Warrock as long as i play the game and someone told me about this "rule" soon after i joined the game.
Hard to imagine that there are still players around who do not know that.

If you got 100% fail safe proof who is cheating / crashing rooms or violating the rules you should use those videos when reporting players. This will 100% result in a ban for the "bad guy".

Unfortunately 99% of those "100% fail safe proofs" are worthless why? Because they do not contain any proof and basically show scenes which all have one comon feature "the reporters wish to be a proof"-hope.
I have seen sooooo many posts of you claiming to have this one fail safe proof and yet those players are still around. Which leads to one conclusion: Your videos are anything but fail safe evidence.
And please, do not bore me with those "they are protected by whomever"-theories.
I have wasted my time watching countless videos. 99% of them were nonsense and most of those who created this chose to follow "admins protect them"-theories. Why? because otherwise they would have to face the fact that...
a) their evidence did show nothing at all.
b) the other guy might really be better.
c) they are, despite being in the game for x years, not able to judge "cheating" from "being legal and better". Here the top argument is: "i have been around since beta". Who cares that being around for x years does not turn one into an expert for whatsoever.
d) paying money does not equal being allowed to do everything.

Before accepting that it is much easier to follow oneselves selfdeclared truth.

Sorry, but i don't care about people who on the one hand constantly blame others to be cheaters but when it comes down to doing something against those cheaters tend to find excuses why reporting and using those videos is useless.
Those people are always crybabies who are neither able to detect a cheater nor able to create that "100% fail safe evidence". They are nothing but focused on the idiotic idea that whoever they don't like for whatever reason must be a cheater. If others do not see that the same way they are either stupid or supporters or protecting. Why? Because the crybaby decided that player xyz is a cheater and that has to be in accordance with the unfathomable will of God.

They are those idiots running across "Big Head"-maps thinking others use gps just because they are not stupid enough to not see those giant melon heads moving across the map. They are those jerks who do not understand that parts of your body can stick through walls while being prone. They are the fools who consider being killed because of laggs always must be a proof of opk-killing. They are those brain dead guys who can't even imagine that others might, too, have played the map at least once before.

They are the crybabies who hide behind their selfcreated idea of improving the game, while doing nothing to actually improve it. And i am sorry, but you are one of them. Because creating videos and blaming others to be cheaters while not reporting them is nothing but being a crybaby.

I think they should do something to make up for this mistakes. I mean like apologizing. For example, if an EXP event is performed, many players can benefit from it. I know it does not fully solve this problem, but at least it can show good intentions of the company.
