Anyone know what’s causing this message. Papaya staff can you please answer. I’ve been getting this when logging into the website and when I log in to the game it’s says invalid authorization. Password are all correct.

    I know during the transfer phase, passwords using special symbols/characters had issues logging in.
    My recommendation would be to change your password to something simple to test your issue out.

    @Gismo I’ve already tried that. The weird part is I can log in on my phone through website without getting the message and that’s not using my internet instead I’m using my data. Any other ideas or at least what’s causing such a problem?
