Delete the account

How can I DELETE my account?

I sent email to support request several times but what I got is the answer says 

"Unfortunately, we don't support disabling, deleting, or deactivating Papaya Play accounts at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."

If the support team does not support deleting play accounts, then where can I do this???
