I need an explication about my account suspention

i have being booted and suspended today for 7 days because of  multi boxing by GM Benya, cant read more because the msg goes too long, but what is multi boxing??? and i dont think i have done anything against the guideline of the game.... so plz contact me and have a review srsly.... totally unfair for me

    Multibox is when you log in more than 3 characters on the same IP address. You get 1 IP address for your internet connection at home

    Example:

    GM sees the following 5 characters all logged in on your IP
    136.17.210.2

    Captdan
    Lucklu
    CharlieO
    JackS
    Johnathan



    In order to not get suspended you can only do 3 characters maxed.

    But CPC that even if you are not using mulits if you are in a fleet of 5 people are making stupid claims you are and is getting people suspended also which is crazy. People are scared to fleet with friends or comp mates now.

    Aceman this is true 5 fleet get reported but i do this with a friend 3 account from me him 2 some player have tell gm about this but we have not been ban because we play different ip adresss

    me and my brother, we played with more than 4 character before under same ip , until one day we saw a red msg saying cant have it and then we stoped using same IP and connected one of the computer to our neighbor's wifi, and its a totally different IP, so the multi boxing cant exist atleast 3-4 days ago. and in the moment of suspention, my bro wasnt playing, it means i was using 2 character under same IP only, thats why i say this is totally unfair for us as we got suspended for unexisting multi boxing

    if so, i quit this game, this is totally shit, u spend time, money and then u get suspended for free

    If you quit the game then that is your choice, but it is a small suspension you should just come back and enjoy your game but be careful cause it is only 3 from per IP per IP.

    All this crap against multi fleets. It's gonna be a total wash when ESF comes along, everyone will get banned then lol

    i know is a small suspension, but they suspended me with 2 character online, can you believe it? this  show me that they can do whatever shit they want, should i spend some money after suspension?? if i do and then get banned again for nothing??? see what is my point of view, really is the game pushing me and my bro away

    I understand but just saying you have to decide what is best for you and if you two quit then I wish you safe winds and to enjoy whatever you decide to do if you join another online game

    Seems this multibox USELESS witch hunt is getting out of control I think you guys need.to start complaining to the CA's so they can complain directly to the GM.

    Talk to them in Game and explain to this witch hunt is punishing the wrong people and making you more reluctant to spend money...best advice I can suggest.

    I’ll try and speak with one also. Gazi is active on the forums so maybe he will see. Although they still don’t have access to the ban/unban button.

    I take your word for it that you did nothing wrong and I feel bad for you, it’s not nice to be falsely accused but especially when there is unfair consequences, like not being able to play the game you enjoy.

    Actually you say it was a 7 day ban so tomorrow it ends, I recommend speaking with one of the CA’s still when you log in, hopefully it won’t happen again.

    sr but you have play 4 account on same adress so gm dont care about the day it happen law are 3 account since server start. thats meen if anyone 1 see you and give a picture to gm maybe it have take them a week or 2 before ban you but you tell everyone you have use 4 account on same ip so you are ban for 7 day

    What CaptainQC is saying is correct. The GMs are not banning you for the actions you took at that moment but the actions prior. your 4 characters must have triggered a flag in their system and they banned you once they got around to it.
    Its great that you saw the red message and ceased your 4 toon action, but the damage was already done would be my guess.

    Kind of like saying 'you cant arrest me! I robbed that back days ago, not today'

    It sucks that you are limited for you and your brother who legitimately are trying to play together, but for every one who is legit, there are dozens that just would try to abuse the system. A shame that there are not just reasonable and honorable players and the GMs would not need to have to police this kind of activity.
