Large gold nugget exchange items

So does anyone know how often the items change that are offered in exchange for the large gold nuggets? I was trying to get an LSS, but they changed already.

    its every monday but can say the same if weeks if not months.I think some gm or ca befor said its based on turn in rates  .May be diff now no idea .But just to toss out a little bit more info there are 5 lists of items list a,b,c,d,e and sadly we dont even get half of the items that the other server gets .
