Scenario quest monk

Hi i was playing for a while in the begging of the first 30 lvl of my monk i never triggered any scenario quest like events. is that a bug or is that just how it is for that class?

Scenario quests trigger as you level. Hit Q on your keyboard to see them all.

If nothing is there, take a screenshot and send it into Support.
