Supply Box for Major(3)

To whom it may concern,

My BlackShot in-game name is Maxstephen01. I recently ranked up to Major(3) and got a supply box. However, the supply box could not be opened. Upon double clicking, it states "Once equipted, item starts counting down...would you like to continue?"  Afterwards it would redirect me to a loading page and it continuously loads for 1 min. I am not able to receive the items from the supply box. My inventory status is 106/110. I hope that the problem could be looked into.

    Try clearing some slots it will help.

    Since you only can delete the bp items , try delete out some of the lesser durations items and open it again .
