What are we paying for?

So many times I get disconnected in game with the 2:2 issue.

Now I’ve been booted again and can’t log back in because of server congestion?

Is papaya play something some kids put together for a school project?

Starting to loose patience.

    What are we paying for?

Being the server is free to play what are you paying for?

Answer is items or packages not a subscription to stay in the game. Sure you might be having problems and it will be same for others as well but we don't pay anything to stay connected to the server. I would only have made a topic title like that where we pay a subscription not a free to play server.

Fields without people paying the server closes....the money goes into running the server. They don’t go to w warehouse and buy pixel ships in bulk to sell to us at a profit.
The money I and other paying players pay goes to the running of the company and server.

If they don’t look after the server the ones paying will feel especially annoyed and leave or stop paying and then the server closes.

This is not really a free to play game, they heavily rely on the cash players.

this is a free to play game if those programmers really want money just sell ship direct in the UWC this way the player than can give money maybe 1 or 2 time a years have what they want. not usellesss stuff in ticket and then leave the game because they won nothing for the 40$ they just lost. by putting those boat direct to sell player will be apple to gain want they want with they money then will continue playing and maybe in 4 month will see another boat at 50$ and they want it they will pay again that the secret of making money

Told ya long ago, i saw the similar pattern when Netmarble and OGP were going to run away.

Server congestion was usually due to downgrading the cloud host (money saving). What you paid for was publisher’s money greed before they dump us on smother greedy publisher.

You thought the more you paid the more money goes to running the server. But the reality is money goes to ROI before the server is considered being drained dry.

It is up to publisher’s strategy to determine how well the server is run. You never get a good run from an ill purposed publisher, ie. Papaya Play.
