Exception has been ocurred while bringing user info??

Hi!

Someone players can't logg in the server... can not play warrock...

What's the problem??

    I've got the same problem,
    it occures to other people as well and there is one solution on the internet to find for this problem.
    Try it over and over again untill it works, for me it still didn't work but im still trying.

    Are there other solutions or can this problem be completely fixed?
