  The mayor has the following benefits that they can unlock at the port during their mayorship:

  1) You've a great discount on handling fee on bank.

  2) Local Specialy Combo selling is more effective.

  3) More stocks on the Market Keeper.

  4) Can get up to 15x tow permit per day if you claim it at your port instead of 10.

  5) You will get +25% success rate on fusion attempt.

  6) You can get weekly money from city official which can go up to 6.5m. The "Honorary Mayor" title increases the reward by 20 %, great version 50 % and legendary is 100 %.

  
  

  In order to unlock those perk you've three ways you can deal with this:

  1) Daily login - It takes up to 2.5-3 weeks to open all the perks which is long to do.

  2) Gaining Fame during mayorship - You need about 20000-25000 fame gained in total to unlock all the benefits.

  3) Investing on the port you're mayoring - you need to invest about 500-600m to unlock all perks and DO this in TRADE classed job, otherwise you need to invest twice as much...
