High ping problems and server problems

GM please fix server lag issues and high ping problems. My internet is no problem but while i play Blackshot SEA, my ping was very high. How to play this game with high ping. I hope this game can more improved, thanks.

    Where do you live? Also make sure your internet connection is stable. Reset your router if you have to.

    Hi i have the same problem, before i have no problem regarding my ping in war rock. its been 3 weeks since my ping went wrong, i already contacted my internet provider which is PLDT and there is no problem with them, i also check my speedtest and its okey.  I live in San Fernando, Pampanga using PLDT Fibr 25mbps. i tried to re install the game but nothing change, also restart my router. have also a stable net. please do help me. thanks
