Ship Refitting Instruction

It is explained that this item increases ship rebuild success rate by 30%.
Does the success rate become 30% even when I use it to a G5 ship combined with G0 material ship?
From what I experienced with Blueprint, I dont believe it works that easy way
But if it doesnt work, it is quite problematic as it contradicts the description that clearly states 30% increase.
Can anybody confirm it, plz?

Never attempted this but i wouldnt dare try it either.... as even with +30% thats wayyyyyyyyyy too low and if you get fail you can expect your ship to downgrade to G4 ouch. last rank i say go all out dont chance it.

There is a system that prevents the negative % value if it is actual below 0,

For example you want to fuse G2 mainship with a G3 mat double refit that gives about 39 % success rate (without R3 SY or mayor) and with the book it will be 69 %.

However if you do G2 main ship with a G0 ship, this has 0 % chance but actually there are negative value hidden which is for example -28 %. If you use that book, you will see in practice 2 % success rate for this attempt instead 30 %.

So you can't apply such a method from the thought you just had :(

    I hope this is clear,

    Kind Regards,

i know the bonus of the mayor but can you explain what the R3 SY is doing since i have not try go there for fusion.and we need only the R3sy or need more developement?

The colony SY R3 gives you a 20% fusion bonus.
And the cost for fusion is reduced as well.

with the R3 shipyard and SRI, it's super easy to grade up to G4. I can make some G3 and G4 LC's in a few minutes, and when you grade a G2 ship with a G3 LC you're getting around 87-91% success rate, and 100% if you want to use a G4 mat instead. Going from G3 to G4 is likewise pretty easy, with about an 88% success rate with G4 mat ship.
May the winds blow you well

Just remember when going past g3 it is important to use the correct ship form you want because trying to change later is a real expensive mistake.
