General Discussion
1) When using skills like Tactic or Assult, do i get more proficency when i use them multiple times in single fight?

Also does lv of enemy matters?

2) How is proficency for Swordplay gained? i know its for fighting enemies, but i get diffrent values from fighting the same enemy. Is it base don enemy lv? Number of hits i'll make?

3) I saw many people mentioning BR's as good way to level up maritime. How to i take one? From mediator, like normal quests? Are they any requairments for them to show up(like lv/fame)?

    1 yes more time you make assault or any melee skill more sp to make.2 am not 100% sure but i thing its the number of time you hit an enemy.3yes every battle report can be taken from a mediator with out any requirement.for black sea battle report its the mediator at istanbul.

    Enemy level needs to be above 3x your base rank level, or you have a penalty.

    You may see enemy level by deck fighting them.

    This rule applies for cannon skills, melee skills and land battle skills such as sword application and sniping.
