HELP, blackshot global failed to update

i can play the SEA server just fine but i cannot play the global version. Whenever i press start game it says failed to update. i cannot seem to find the lastest manual patch as well. I have downloaded the latest full client version off the website.
please help.
or is it such that sea server people arent allowed to play the global version?
