Marching stuck at 7615/8100

I have this skill flavored in the treasure hunter job it is r9 at 7615/8100 been in Famagusta using surveying and procurement skill going on an hour now marching skill is still frozen at 7615/8100.

    Do I need to make a ticket out on this or is the forum good enough. It still is the same on my Jonmac alt no change after 3 days.
