Did not receive USD10 BC despite logging in continuous 20 days.

Hi Game Masters, can you help me check why I did not receive the USD10 BC reward even though I logged in for continuous 20 days? I have all the boxes from the continuous 20 days login. In fact I got more than 20 because I logged in from the start of event to the end of even everyday. Please advice and I hope to get your reply soon, thank you.
