Where does one get the Mithril?  The quest says to trade for it at the exchange center in Loa or Braiken (obviously those are no longer around)?  Where do I get the Mithril from now????

    I figured it out, with the help of some players in game....you craft it using 20 Obisidian for anyone else who may be struggling.

    After you craft the "Mithril" (on craft system "Ctrl+R on keyboard) (Made user on "Dora" Npc ardeca)
    you need wait  "Deadland" Event time (on dekaron site you have the times)
    then you need:
    1Mithril
    1Fragment (Drop from evrey mobs on event time)
    3 agrets (cooper/silver/gold) the success rate will high on gold

    not on the first time you will success to made the winqs my suggestion take with you more obsidians (for craft "Mithril")
    And more agrates

    And u finish the quest :)

    The rate of drop "Fragment" is not soo high soo you need farm alot mobs.
