Transfer/Migration

Hello everyone, today i just found out that ogplanet does not exist anymore and that i have to transfer/migrate my account(s); problem is that i have migrated but my characters dissappeared...nothing on the account?!
also how could i recover a username? there isn't any working option for forgot id?

    you don't get back your things during ogplanet era. You  get  founder reward depends on your lvl during ogplanet era.
