Did anyone even say disgust/hypocrisy...?

Its all totally fine that when someone posts about selling dils/items for real $$$ via paypal/skype etc finds his post getting removed after not even after 5 minutes (the one that posted about it last saturday, i dont remember who it was). But when a player sends a support ticket with some VALID issues for VALID reasons its fine not to even put an effort to reply to him nearly 5 days later.

someone just let me know - do gms/devs really care only about themselves or what?

For more info i can speak to any gm/dev in private chat/support/any other way and tell more about it. Obviously this is just a forum acc, i sent the ticket via my real acc which i play my char with.

    Havent seen any gms activity in forums or in game for more than month so yeah it  says how much they care.

    GMs and Developers are not hired for customer service tasks, hence, its not really valid for all players on this forum/threads to pinpoint issues regarding customer service.

    There is a great disappointment in Customer Service team for Papaya.  And it clearly shows to many posts how players are responded poorly.  Same has been proven to my experience.  This needs to be addressed by Papaya.  It clearly disappoint players/customers and transcends the hate to visible personnel such as GMs.
