Windows 10 performance increases?

I've been using Windows 7 for a while, but prefer 10. unfortunately, Windows 10 doesn't seem to run WR as good as 7 does. I've tried using Smartclose to close all background programs to help, setting WR at a high priority in the task manager, and of course keeping my system clean of viruses, malware, spyware, and registry errors by using Malwarebytes, Super anti spyware, Eset Nod32 AV, Ccleaner, Wisecare 365. I just want a few tips to try with windows 10 to make it run WR better, all my others games seem to run better in 10, along with a 20 second boot time it's very appealing.
