Efficiency shipbuilding thesis in oxford

Bug Report
hi, I had graduated from Oxford, with total 250+ thesis submit and more than 50 submit in star2 building, my shipbuild rank is 10+4 now. I had go to Oxford several times, but I cant see the Efficiency shipbuilding theme. Could you help me to check if i meet bugs?

    thesis is  "Ship Repair Tech 2" in building #2

    i know the thesis is called Ship Repair Tech 2, but i cant see it. That‘s why i report the bug here

    wzer1111, do you still have the ship repair skill? I think you need the skill for
    "Ship Repair Tech 2" to appear
