Cant Enter into the Game

Hello, I was doing IQs on my alt (IGN : Chunti) and i got to Trujillo port in carib. When i tried to enter the city I got the following error.
I've tried loading the game in different resolutions and have tried restoring the settings to default and logging in ... but it doesnt let me.
The game runs well till the Character screen then i get this error that i've linked below. Please try to fix this ASAP.
I dont have any issues on my Main toon (IGN: O.o7) .. I think if u can port me inside the city it might get fixed or port me else where.
