  It means that you have not confirmed the email!

  To check it follow these steps:

  
  

  1. Go into the bottom-right corner up on the Papaya website

  2. Click on your ID (cre3ation)

  3. Click on My Account (or just click on this link: https://www.papayaplay.com/user/myaccount.do)

  4. Check if near your email, you've got a tick (look at the following image as example)

  

  
  

  If there's no tick near your email, try by clicking on "edit" and there should be a writing "resend email confirmation/authentication".
