warrock migrate

I had a high lvl account with MANY prem bought weapons, used alot of money on this.. then i took a break, and now i read that nexon is gone and papaya has taken over. Now it's too late to migrate and i lost every permanent premium wep i had, and ii want to start again with my friend, but starting at lvl 1. vs veterans with no items. well. no, that wont happen.  
Is it possible to recover my other account ? i can provide all the information needed :) 
please help me..
