Titles, the best and how to get them?

Hello! so i played Latale on old ogp server, and titles were obtainable from ignate, but now they aren't could anyone tell me the new titles that should be gotten like masterhand, etc and how i would be able to get them? Thanks very much!:)

    As of now the titles you should concentrate on getting is the MasterHand, and Starkeeper's Decedent.
    The others are all timed so which ones you get are pretty much up to you.

    Permanent MasterHands usually drop from gamble boxes. And the latter is gathered by opening Starseeker boxes you can acquire via Starkeeper reputation exchange in the Silver Ivy Mansion.
