Intel i9 would lead to a ban?

So I have currently a laptop which I play on and now looking for a new desktop, I'm considering a i9 desktop with asus strix graphics card and 32gb dd4 ram with a ssd. 

I know the i9 would be overkill for Warrock so I would like to know if anyone already has one and if you get accused of overclocking because the last thing I want is to be banned for having too good of a pc

    You have nothing to worry about as long as you don't use any kind of 3rd party software for overclocking which makes FPS go over the cap which is 140.

    As long as you do not overclock your software or download cheats, you will not be permanently banned.
    However, you should always respect our rules, since breaking them will definitely lead in a temporary ban.
    We hope everybody plays fairly.

    The biggest problem in the game is the connection to the server. 
    The players from Germany have a huge advantage due to a good connection to the server. 
    Well, we have to shoot 30 bullets to kill an opponent.
    Even if you have a fast Internet connection and a high-quality modem, you will not get a good connection to the server from Germany. 
    When sometimes there is a good connection with the server, another players  called me overclocker. Therefore, I have a little bit opened the topic of the Hardware in this game.
    This problem is ignored and the game loses players.
    Who does not agree, let him come to visit me from Germany and compare the connection from Germany and Belgium.

    Age old issue with Warrock... overclocking your CPU is fine...  however there are programs that can speed up how fast your software runs on the kernel level, and a benefit for the cheats who do this are as follows, YOU RELOAD FASTER < not very noticeable unless your in a heli or plane
    YOU SHOOT FASTER < very noticeable when in a d500 or plane
    you get to top speed faster < only others who fly will notice this. I have literally had in-game moderators back in the day change sides to be on denX or alexblablas team because there once was a time it wasn't seen as an issue.. 
    It can make you hard lock turn faster << if you don't see this happen then you don't fly with joystick or m/KB with limits off.. only an idiot cant tell a plane just turned in the space a tank would struggle.

    It can make very bad flyers godlike... very annoying..

    In short if you need 3rd party app to do anything ingame you should get banned. lagers are a very different story. 

    Getting massive frames is not the same as speeding the game up on a pc that must have been capable in the 1st place!!!

    Don't overclock or use 3rd party programs and youll be fine.
