Refitted CW Morgan info?

I'm trying to find some info on the new refitted cw morgan that just came out. I've got a ticket but don't know what to do with it, and there's not much info out there. Mainly, I would like to know about what the ticket's worth, and what's the max cargo this ship can be modded for? thanks in advance for any info!

    I have that ship. It can go over 1100 cargo with bonus cargo and has EA, PO3/4, Paymaster Cabin, and Aide's Cabin skills. Also, it's pretty good for maritime since it has fairly high armour and durability ,but you may need to fuse RCWM to get cabin capability if you plan to use 90 guns.

    As for PC, I have no idea because I have difficult time to keep track of prices since many players went with different prices lol.
