Bad Performance

Dear Papaya play Team,

I think it is time to think about the current situation which many players experience.
First I want to talk about what happened to me:

The situation is:

I just set up my PC new, installed Windows 10 new with the latest updates, drivers and such things like always, then I tested out GTA5.
GTA5 run like a dream with around 120+ frames on lowest settings and around 55-60 on high settings, so the point is that my hardware is capable of much more than WarRock.

Now heres the point: WarRock got micro-stutters on my system while GTA5 isn´t.

My Specs are:
Intel Core I5-2300 (2,8Ghz x4 or with Turbo-Boost enabled 3,1Ghz x4)
10 GB of DDR3-1333Mhz RAM
Nvidia Geforce GTX660 - 2GB GDDR5
500GB SSHD
Windows 10 x64 with latest Updates

I think It´s a problem with the never released multi-core usage on WarRock.
It can not be this hard to fix it, so please FIX IT!

Greetings,

I think the problem is on the source code and not so easily solvable. New games ask for very good system requirements and, if you satisfy them, you don't meet any issue. Aside from warrock: in my opinion the source code is outdated and not efficient, this due to the huge improvements of the computer science in few years.

WarRock is a CPU based game. I also use a pretty old CPU, the I3-2100 (3,10Ghz), while you have an I5-2300 that has 2,8Ghz or 3,1Ghz with turbo boost. WarRock will only play optimal if you run above 100fps. The maximum should be 139fps, but overclocking players can achieve more which gives them an unfair advantage. This is why overclocking is bannable.

For your problem however, you should try overclocking your CPU to 3,10Ghz and run fraps or another program that shows your fps. Play WarRock and see if your problem has been resolved. If it did, make sure it doesn't pass 140fps. (Which shouldn't be possible with 3,10Ghz, but just to make sure.)
