sr hard to read i have a lot of problem to edit. but the fact is there he realle write if you are playing with your friend.please avoid playing the same fleet
It actually says that you all are playing with the same IP. Therefore, to show you are not ONE person managing all 5 accounts, don't fleet when your "friends" are online.
Or list all the IP addresses of you and all your friends to show it. You can do it at https://whatismyipaddress.com/ there you can show what address you all are using to PROVE it.
It could be a mistake I really dont think you would go through all this trouble if you were lying but it may all be a big misunderstanding just simply open your game client
and log in your character next to it to go the website and display what IP youre using.. SS it and tell the GM
GM seems cool Captain it may just be a misunderstanding so dont get so upset hun. Computers screw up and say Bs info all the time lol.
It would be better if the GM themselves clarify, but given the context of what happened - i.e they believe your company members were playing from the same IP - it seems what GM Benya means by "if you are playing with your friends, avoid playing in the same fleet" is:
"if you are playing with your friends, within the same household, then avoid playing in the same fleet".
At least that's how I read it. So what they must mean is don't go over 3 accounts in a fleet, even if you're multiple people within the same household, as per their guidelines. I don't think GM Benya is saying don't fleet with friends - ever. That would be absurd if true. So I think it's just a misunderstanding of that particular statement on your part, but I may be wrong.
Of course, none of this matters if what you say is correct and that your friends were playing from different countries. But all we have is your word, on behalf of these company members - who btw don't seem to have a voice of their own, nor sent in their own tickets?
Perhaps some transparency from Papaya as to how they determined they are from the same IP would be ideal in this scenario and going forward.
If they were on the same IP it means they were playing at the same location (OP's house or friend's).
I do thing in this case Papaya could look into where the accounts are normally played by IP addresses and times. If they normally appear at different locations, give a warning for next time, and lift this ban.
So, if you play with someone else at the same location, only use a max of 3 accounts between all players.
We can't play in fleet now ? , I'v been ban for play in fleet with a company member, but they know we are 2 players in fleet , because they let me active one character, and same for the other member in fleet with me, soo why Koei create the game for playing 5 in fleet , if we are ban for ? i lost 1 week 30 % exp bonus on 2 charaters, but look like you loose a player, coz you let me 1 week for find a new game to play
its was 2 diferent ip adress 1 was using 3 account and the other was using 2 account and noe the 1 that was using 3 have 2 account ban and the other 1 have 1 account ban. why both of them have 1 account lest and why they have been ban because it was 2 differeent ip adreess and both of them dont know each other in RL so they cant be playing from the same household
Post proof its two ip addresses if you dont its the GM word against yours and people are more likely to believe a GM over a player… if you using two IP Addresses prove it.. If not you're wasting your time
I think GM Benya is correct because you and you pal did play online at same house. Don't bring him or her to your house if you plan to play 5 fleets or what not. He did mentioned that you have same IPs.
It was Papaya's decision to enforce 3 toons per IPs no but or if. If you don't like that rule then you can try to register Japan, China, Taiwan, or Korea to play 5 toons.
now both of my friend are unban but 1 of them have reseave an answert why he have been ban it was because he use 3 account what they tell him then give him the ID of the 3 account 1 was his account and the 2 other was not is ID adress it was the id of someone else. gratz GM YOU ARE MAKING BIG MISTAKE AND NOT TRY TO FIX IT
...and our case? Me and my neighbor plays together UWO. Each of us have our own ISP, and each of us have 2 characters. We play together almost all time. And result: GM banned us. This is a lot unfair! We followed the TOS, and we was banned. Who must be banned is who reported us, for the fake report!
That is just your word. Chances are you made up the story to get your toons back.
GMs have seen from their end you all use the same ip. Whether it is because of the gateway issue or pure tech issue, GMs dont care. They can ban you as they see fit. They do not show respect to players anyway.
