Cannot claim a prize of login event.

I logged into UWO for 29days during the login event and am eligible to get all prizes.

However I cannot claim the New Year Ticket. It still shows sandhour mark instead of "receive reward".

Why?

Oh they solved the problem. Hey Rhend78, click on update then event->New Chapter approaches.

I finally receive the reward today. The "Receive reward" button appeared instead of hourglass mark.

Probably, it was a kind of temporary issues.
