What is the problem from this stupid Program ?

Played today, after a break - restart the Game and evertime i want to join a game it loads and the comes the Warock Helper which says:

Sorry for the inconvenience because of unexpected error.

WOW - give me more Information about the problem... -.-

Reinstalled the Game - also with deactivated AntiVirus - same error.

    Hello @JOergGreeny,

    are your gaming drivers up to date?
    Is .NET Frameworks updated? (latest one: 4.7.1)
    Is Microsoft DirectX updated?
    Are Microsoft Visual C++ 20xx (2005, 2008, 2010, 2013, 2017) Redistributable (x86) and (x64) installed? Sometimes they can cause problems.
    Is your graphic driver updated?

    Check them and if they are not updated, update them.
