    No, If I am not mistaken, Gold Key does not give perms. You can try to open some boxes to get perms but i think the rate is low.

    Also: It is not possible to gain a permanent item from the Gold Keys. It also isn't possible with platinum keys, they just give you a higher % of rate of getting items for 30 days.
