Question about cannons on shipbuilding

Hey,

I want to add some cannons on a speed ship so i can use it as them for grinding BR aswell. Do the added cannons increase my total cargo number and thus decrease my overall accelaration?

    It will not increase your hold space. It will decrease you cargo space thought.
    But the hold space will stay the same.
