why cant i equip this emblem i am over lv 130 and i see plenty of others useing the emblem UNDER 170(no they are not suing updateemblem)  (no it is not timed that they are using) am i missing somthing?? it keeps saying im missing requirements to equip

    try to equip in diferents map, i jave the same troble and i equip it in doomed
