130 circ emblems

why cant i equip this emblem i am over lv 130 and i see plenty of others useing the emblem UNDER 170(no they are not suing updateemblem)  (no it is not timed that they are using) am i missing somthing?? it keeps saying im missing requirements to equip

    You can't equip any emblem unless you have completed Meister quest (lvl 170 in Mitera). There was a bug for 2 weeks when there were no limitations, so players abused it and equiped emblems even on lvl 1 chars. Same happened with Master Dragon Necklace...

    Matea you are wrong im lvl 140 and i have the circulation emblem from lvl 130 and i equip them in doomed cuz have troubles to equip....

    @cesaroctavio  like I said, it was some time ago. I tried it today and does not work any more... Check on your char now, if your emblem slot has reddish background color, then it is not possible any more.

    is possible really always is in red my slot and i can, really i pout the cursor in the slot without the emblem and other with the emblem and it turns the slot blue, try it
