Why did stop getting the promised 900 astros per month?

I know they still are going on, my friends inform me each month. Yet I am only one to buy astros and then not get any each month that we were promised.

Why is this happening?

what lvl's was your main character back on OGP?

some people got it for 2 months, some for 3 or 4 (can't remember), highest levels got it for 6 months, and you had to have pretty high levels for the 6 months stipend.

my lvls in OGP was 63/85/84

As soon as i starting buying astros it stopped. Now i have an alt and he was lvls 50/74/52 in OGP and he is still getting 900 astros each month. my lvls in OGP for Kasahar were 65/85/82 i took pic on last day just incase i wanted to verify my lvls later
