Surely if you have 0 ping through out entire game giving people hits before they even see you it should be auto kick from server. 0 ping for 3 mins= auto kick from server. Papaya already banns for using netlimit etc type programs which is good but whats point if an entire country of players has auto netlimit (Brasil)

    They won't do that because the Brasil player base (which is not that big) spends enough money for Papaya to not take any action against their lagg.

    So it won't happen.

     Why not make the unused empty server an EU only server. Surly its easier to restrict an empty server that is not being used then to try and restrict players on the current one. Just have them as EU and international. This way everyone can play!
