Europe Land battle event (new)

I was told there was some new land battle events in the outskirts of many European cities now.
Can someone direct me to any info on this?

    It is related to the Historical Event that came about with the world clock change. You take the quest from any City Official.  The historical event is the Invasion of France and Italy.  GVO Information here

    Apparently the landing points listed in the quest you get from the town officials are all wrong.  Its outskirts of Genoa, Naples and Tunis.   Don't understand why there is not announcement in game to tell us
