The implement of the ''Complaint'' section

Hi everyone,
The title explains itself and therefore there should be a section to complain the players who is being offensive, also who abuse anykind of the game features, not to mention that cheating is included
Why should you creat the new section? Because there are immature players who used to insult/provoke each others, it definitely prevents anyone here to enjoy the game.
in the new section there will be a format to copy in order to complain the X person, i will provide the format bellow

Any GM will handle those complaints in order to issue a punishment in the X players.
