is anyone else having problems with the game loading ?  the game opens ok but after i log in it freezes and sometimes i have to reset my computer because even if i end it wont stop loading.. or i'll be playing and it says UCW has stopped working and it closes

    You can try several things

    1. Get ccleaner.com (free version) to clear the junk from your computer, including the obsolete entries in your registry.

    2. Try flushing your DNS
        a. Open a CMD prompt in administrator mode 
        b. Then type ipconfig /flushdns command to flush and reset the contents
            of the Domain Name System (DNS) client resolver cache.

    this is getting to be annoying first the red ring of death keeps popping up with the error 2;:2  now i keep getting cant reach the server is broken or congested and my contact wont connect it wont even make it to game guard logo please fix your game you can update those damn captains tickets 30 times since the relaunch but cant fix bugs or glitches to even let us play the game

    Hi Donny71,

    Considering you mentioned red ring with Error 2::2, this sounds like your client is getting dc'd upon changing maps in the game. If that's the case, this is most likely happening due to the conflict between nProtect GameMon and your anti-virus software or other programs.

    To solve this problem, you will want to try after disabling your anti-virus software or simply use K-Cleaner. 

    K-Cleaner is used to turning off all the running process to default including any possible viruses so I use it every time before playing games.

    There's a saying it better to download anything from a known website rather than any unknown source. You might not know what u will get after.
