Parca wings Ex-Box

I know its a longshot, but could papaya make the box tradable? I mean, its the first time a box such as this is binded for whatever reason (I mean, mechanic wings ex-box, flag of war[win] ex-box, dark arkadia ex-box were all tradable.), and it would benefit both the players and papaya as well if it weren't.
