Cannot make shop purchase.

I've been unable to make a character purchase in the shop for as long as I can remember. I want to purchase the classic medic skin  it costs 884 gold and I have 1000. Everytime I try to purchase, it says "you can only purchase 1 item at a time" it's the only item I'm trying to purchase... 

I've submitted support tickets with zero luck. I also never see this skin in game from other users. Is it currently bugged that I'm not aware of? Maybe nobody can purchase this item?

    Try to buy it while connecting to the other server. It should work there.

    Hi @dddymac13,

    you only need to relog into the Server (or as p0wner1180 said, change Server).
    Let us know if it worked. ^^

    Unfortunately, both of those suggestions did not work. I relogged to the server and also switched servers with no luck. This has been happening for 6+ months now and it will not let me make the purchase.

    I click on buy for Medic_Classic and it then reverts back to Surgeon W37 Medic and receive the following message.

    Oddly enough, I switched to a different account that I have and was able to make the purchase on that account. Seems to be a problem on my main account restricting the ability to make the purchase. A ticket sent months ago did not help resolve the problem.

    Did they answer your ticket eventually? What did Papaya say to fix this issue?

    They told me to relog and try again, which didn't work. Then said

    "We have reported this issue to the developers and we will contact you again as soon as we hear back from DE."

    Never was fixed after that.

    Six months have past and your issue is still not fixed. Shame on you Papaya and DE! What a joke are those two companies.

    I guess they don't want money lol. I've sent a new support ticket yesterday asking for help. I've asked them to look into it or if possible add the item to my account that i'm looking to purchase, and remove the WRC price that it costs.
