cannot read a file ( version ini)

I m trying to conect after maintenancie but its appear to me ¨cannot read a file ( version ini) ¨. I dont know if i have to reinstall or something. Please admins ¿can u help me?.
I dindt touch anything. But im at work, not at home. ¿ Maybe conection?
