Out of bounds & AW50F

Hi admins,

Could you give us an update on the request if we could have out of bounds zones in BG at the enemy's base so the spawnkilling will stop? 

Just a question: Is it possible to make the aw50f to only to damage to the person inside a vehicle (eg MD500) with a direct hit on the body and to never damage the vehicle? In my opinion, there are enough anti vehicle weapons available in the Heavy class and with the barrett 50 cal. (make f2p maybe?)

    There is an "out of bounds"-area and it is protected by mines which explode after a few seconds. Just because the aera is black on the map does not equal it is out of bounds.

    That is unlogical. If the bullet does damage the person inside it obviously must penetrate the vehicle around the person first. ;)

    Despite that most anti vehicle weapons are quite useless. Stingers usually miss planes flewn by experienced pilots while helicopters, particularly the hind and other attack helicopters, can take multiple hits or do not get hit at all when circling around bases while spamming multiple rockets which reload in flight. Vehicles usually need 2-4 rpg rounds, 2-4 anti vehicle mines or at least 2 javelins.
    Something a f2p-player has almost no chance to do because it takes him quite a while to shoot, score a hit, reload his weapon 2-3 times. Plus a f2p-heavy trooper is lost without any help from a team.

    Sitting in a vehicle / aircraft should not result i a right to score results you can see on many bg maps where vehicle campers score 30:2 and even much better results on a regular basis.
    What would be needed are protected main bases which are created in way that they can not be overrun from outside while shooting anyone who wants to use a vehicle to get out as soon as he enters it.
    - reload / repair stations only usable by the main base owner
    - defensive stations that are protected against sniper fire from outside
    - mine belts
    - no holes, windows doors facing outside turning those inside into easy sniper's victims.

    @N0HCH0: thank you for your input, I will consider it. 

    @Nuffi: I do not understand your first two sentences, I was talking about the main base of the derbaran team should not be accessible to the NIU team and the other way around. Kinda as you said it being 'secure', but I would like it to be really a mine-zone for the opponent. The continuous vehicle stealing would also be stopped.

    Regarding the aw50f, even-though the vehicle has to be penetrated, this does not have to reflect in actual damage to the vehicles HP. Just consider a small bullet hole in the glass (since we are talking body hits) does not make the car or helicopter less likely to fly well. And this is considering realisme which is quite unnecessary and stupid for a game that should just get balanced.

    I do agree on the fact that vehicles should not push crazy scores, but I believe taking down vehicles should mainly be a team effort. F2P heavy troopers should get a buff and all your bullet points below are absolutely great!

    That method is flawed. If you cannot enter the main base or kill then all that will happen is people will sit in the main base and not leave and just count down the clock. 

    The enemy's main base vehicles should not be accessible and should not take any damage till they leave a spawn area surrounding the main base although ground troops can still enter and kill. Planes and helicopters along with tanks should have there ammo reduced and locked meaning no reloading only HP. This would force people to think before they fire. Also the time for re-spawn between dead vehicles should be increased this way losing a vehicle would also be a negative for the team. 

    Increase the time from spawning before damage will be taken when at main base only. So its impossible for someone to camp a spawn spot and kill before the spawning player has even selected there weapon... 10 seconds would be a good time. Give the spawning player the advantage over the spawn point camper. 

    Problem is 95% BG rooms are stitched up due to people team stacking, people rejoining or starting games 2v1. They need to put a limit on the amount of people needed for a room to start NO 16v16 game should be starting 2v1 in fact no game should be starting with this low amount of people. And STOP players from rejoining the other team you join "derb" your locked to derb for the duration of that game. 

    With two even teams if you get pushed back to main base then you deserve to be spawn camped. But two even teams is a warrock myth that may once of existed.

    I sometimes do not agree with you, but in general I know that you want development and improvement of the game.
