5th and 8th slot

I have been playing Warrock for a long time and I have both 5th slot and 8th slot retails. However, I cannot use these items. After having to pay for the weapons, now I have to pay to use them. In my opinion this is ridiculous and unfair to the players. Also, selling permanent weapons does not seem like a sustainable business model to me. It seems that Papaya understood this very well. This means, however, that there is no need to make 5th and 8th slot paid options any longer. In my opinion a better business model that would be benificial for both players and owners would be the following: 

First of all, do not sell permanent weapons, but only allow people to get them from lucky boxes or events for example. As long as permanent weapons stay very rare. I understand that many players will disagree with this, since they want permanent weapons. However, selling permanent weapons and making them a common thing is not sustainable for a business like Papaya. 

Sell normal weapons for 1st/2nd/3rd/4rd slot in the item shop, available for purchase with dinar. For these weapons there is no need to add an option to buy them with WRcash, since one can buy dinar with WRcash. 

For 5th slot, Papaya can sell weapons or packages that contain 5th slot weapons for WRcash. Add a maximum time period for these weapons (30 days). So that after said period a player has to make a new purchase to enjoy this advantage.

This hold for 8th slot as well.

This would be a more sustainable business model for WR. Since, this should create a steady and continuous income (rather than a very high, but diminishing income with the permanent weapons).

Double charging, by charging customers for weapons, and after that charging them again to use the weapons is unacceptable in my opinion.

Finally, on top of this, at this moment it is impossible to buy 5th slot as an item, which I think is unacceptable to an even greater degree. I mean, seriously? I buy a weapon for 5th slot. Now after paying money for the weapon, I cannot use it until I spend money again on the slot. However, to buy the slot, I need to buy a package with other stuff that I don't even want.

This cannot go on any longer.
